Hon Hai Technology Group upholds human rights in alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). We continuously advance our Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) framework, integrating human rights risk management into governance and operations.​

This report summarizes our HRDD efforts, including policy commitments, risk identification and assessment, mitigation and remediation actions, grievance mechanisms, and stakeholder engagement. Through structured processes and cross-functional collaboration, we strengthen human rights protection across our operations and enhance overall management maturity.​
